After working many years in the Israeli Hitech arena (being a senior executive in two NASDAQ listed companies and the chairman of the Israeli HiTech Organisation) Tuvia Marmarelli started NetMe as a Venture Capital company, to seed, scout technologies, mentor and raise funds for Israeli startups; mostly in the software , internet & communications arenas (his personal expertize).
Capitalizing on his vast network of contacts, the operation evolved from raising equity for start-ups to real estate investments in which Tuvia made a name for himself as a leading Real Estate investments analyst. Structuring, raising equity & debt for real estate investments as well as consulting to international developers and Israeli investors became his expertize. Today Real Estate is essential for the company’s growth and lead the company to its current position. Apart of being the private holding company of the family, NetMe became more of a launchpad for new business activities.
It is interesting to see how HiTech investors become investors in international properties (USA, UK, Georgia and in the last years Cyprus) and vice versa. We pride ourselves for forming a vibrant investors community (over 800 active investors and a database of 25,000!) who share similar values: good ideas & values, business networking, proper due diligence, personal trust and effective & carefull execution.
Netme’s larger ecosystem and teams are actively dealing with HiTech ventures since 2002. Since 2012 we started to invest in American real estate – specifically in high demand areas. Over 24 development projects in New York & Brooklyn, and over 50 other projects all over the USA, had been led by our teams. We sourced high yield projects with minimal risk for our investors by taking advantage of the vast experience and network.
In the last years we are in a process of diversifying and refocusing our real estate activities into new areas in Europe such as UK, Georgia, Portugal , Greece and Cyprus. The vast real estate partenrs network include over 200 real estate developers and over 400 brokers.
Our investors are taking part in various investment structures and activities (equity, new developments, secured and preferred loans, ad hock partnerships, special purpose funds and international properties) with secure and high yield potential, initially capitalizing on the tremendous opportunity in these markets. Although real estate become more and more significant for the holding, we love dealing with new software and AI ideas. So we cook, seed and nurture them in our NetMe labs, lead by the younger generation of the family.

Whenever we are in front of an important decision, we vow to take it after considering what would our community member (investor or partner) do by himself in such a situation, and we strive to do our best to fit their interest. We adopt specifically that, and we always try to “win” before we actually enter a new project. We buy properties “under the radar”. We do it by being prepared with the right connections, with a planned strategy, based on thourough knowledge of the specific area, taking into account all hurdles, and usually buy properties well bellow market price. And than we plan in a way, that if the rain suddenly drops, our investors will still get out dry…

As mentioned all ventures start as an activity within NetMe and whenever they can “fly alone” they go out and form a specialized company dealing specifically with its activity. We chose a concept of an eco system, of several companies acting jointly, each specializes in its own expertize, guided by the group’s management. Decisons and interests are alligned to the same values and goals without conflicts. In our lean structure we have actually defined a scaleable active management of the group, investors & partners mentorship section and financial advisory – all provided by our eco system. This team had been responsible for our Americam activities as the general partners in 24 investors groups gathered in SPVs – as equity partners. Most of them made over 20% profit per annum on their investments – trusting Tuvia and his team.
Recheck serves as the “Israel Institute for Real Estate Investments Analisys”, and its Tuvia’s special “Baby”. This new and exciting venture is based on an internet SAAS platform connecting thousands of Real Estate Developers, International brokers and their international investors. All in one place, facilitating international property viewing trips and purchase. The platform enables property developers and brokers to extend their reach to international clientel, with ease.
“Nadlanometer” is a major consulting service of the Recheck institute. It is a methodic approach to check and make due diligence for real estate investments – before actual investing. It highlights the positives and and red alerts of the relevant deal in a precise analisys report which is used by many family offices and investors.

Tuvia is the founder of Netme Ventures Ltd., its visionary and CEO. A veteran of the Israeli HiTech scene, he was a senior executive in two Nasdaq listed companies (Comverse & Magic) and served as the chairman of the Israeli HiTech Organization.
Tuvia nurtures a vast network of contacts with enterprenurs and investors alike. Later he formed Netme as a VC, raising capital for Israeli startups - mostly in the Telecom & Software space.
Using his software skills he became a real estate investor and investments analyst, managed as GP over 24 real estate funds on behalf of investors - and adviced many accredited investors in their real estate & HiTech investments.
Tom's career is rooted in his passion for sports excellence and entrepreneurship. Before earning his MBA, he founded and operated a successful running and triathlon services company.
Tom holds a B.A in Economics, a B.S in Computer Science from Reichman University, and an MBA from Columbia Business School's Value Investing Program, where he graduated with Honors and Distinction.
Being an athlet he won 3 times the Israeli Ironman championship and has a "Winner" spirit.
Armed with owner/operator and advanced investment knowledge he is now focusing on acquisitions and operations of companies.
